For the app to function properly, it needs to store in your freshdesk database Reclame Aqui's authentication, your freshdesk domain's API key as well as data about reclame aqui's complaints. Besides that, you have nothing to worry as all this data will be secure in freshworks's database, where nobody can access it besides your own app for its functionalities.

As mentioned above, the only thing that can access your data is your own app, meaning that we won't share or sell any of your data to any external party or software.
